With 20/20 in the other eye, and in 20/20 in both together a 1C AME can probably issue the medical or submit it to to the FAA for approval (assuming no underlying medical issues). I'd find an AME near you and give him a call.

The AME can’t actually issue a first,



but (again assuming no underlying problems) they can submit for a SODA. Once the SODA is granted they can routinely issue as long as the examinee remains static.
