Need LAX AME
 

Looking for a good and quick AME anywhere in LA area. Some of the best ones are no longer doing it: ie. Dr. Boska, Dr. Rodas.

Please don't recommend Dr. Brath's office and his other Docs in the office. They are horrible and too quick to pull the "fail" trigger.

Ed Shore, in Van Nuys, look no further.

I called his (Dr Shore) number two days ago... HE answered the call... he's still in business. I'll be seeing him soon. An old Navy flt doc should have the big picture.

Ive been going to Dr. Shore for almost 6 years now, I wouldn't go anywhere else, in fact I'd catch a flight to see him if I wasn't already local.

I have never paid more than $1 for parking at his office.


It’s $1 for every 20 minutes.

Sold! I know guys that used to fly in for Dr Boska. So I'll be more than happy to drive to Van Nuys. And i like the short visit time as well.

Dr Shore is da man! He’s been doing my medicals since 1996.
He works alone and is typically in the office til 3pm.

Actually, it's only til 2pm most days, and he'll be retiring soon.

He must be close to 80 yo now. I saw him early 90’s when I lived in SoCal. He also does a lot of high profile (movie stars) medicals from what I recall. Since he works alone they can sneak in and out without being bothered. He doesn’t even have a receptionist.
