Low Testosterone

Is anyone taking testosterone therapy and how does FAA view this?

IIRC with injections you have to wait four hours before flying. About it.

Depends on WHY you are taking testosterone therapy.

If it's for a sexual dysphoria in particular it becomes kind of involved:

If it's for simple replacement and the underlying cause for low testosterone is not itself disqualifying, it's generally no big deal.

And if IIRC, there is no wait for Androgel, etc.

Weight lifting (large muscle groups) and/or zinc supplements can help with that also.

If you're an avid endurance athlete, that will tend up to burn up T and as you get older you don't have as much surplus. Replace some cardio with strength training, especially if you're averaging one hour + daily of serious cardio.

Also being a couch potato won't help either, too little cardio is bad too.
