Default Hypertension Paperwork

Started HBP meds since my last medical, did the waiting period, everthing is good. Have my 1st class medical coming up next month. What paperwork do I need to get from my PCP to give to the AME. Will the fact I'm seeing a new AME (previous passed away) make any difference (i.e. no history to look back on)?

call the new AME and ask what specifics he wants in the letter from your primary doc… it should contain medication and dosage, when you started, how it affected your BP, any side effects, etc.
