I had my upgrade from 2nd Class to 1st Class yesterday afternoon and it is updated on the site as of this evening, judging from this I would say it is refreshed regularly. Good luck, hope this comes through quick for you!

Thanks everyone. When I called today, I was informed they had no record of even receiving it so I'm trying figure out if that employee simply didn't see any progress or if it in fact never made it for some reason. AME confirmed it was sent so I'm guessing it is the former.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

I think it’s all or nothing.
HIPPA really doesn’t let them say that we are waiting on an MRI for followup of this guy’s tumor, a report from his CPAP machine, an EEG result, or for his shrink to say he’s over his depression. Just sort of fit to fly or not.

Just so you know...when it does appear in your registry, and if time is an issue, you can call OKC via the duplicate medical number on the FAA website. They will be able to email you a copy of your medical instead of waiting for regular mail (7-10 business days). Just got a copy emailed this morning...no charge.

So I finally got through to the FAA and got some clarification. Despite sending in my paperwork electronically over 3 weeks ago, they have no record of it. After speaking with my AME and his staff, they don't send the documentation registered mail due to cost. While being a bit frustrating, I suppose I understand the cost aspect.
I had a bit of an uneasy feeling so I had electronic copies of everything that was sent the day after my exam. I am SO glad I did because the FAA never received any documentation from my AME.
In hopes it helps someone in the future, I will include the registered address below. I sent it signature required overnight. IMO, $50 well spent.
FYI: The FAA said they can take up to 10 days to begin processing an application once it's received.
Here is the address to send registered mail (PO Box if not registered):
Federal Aviation Administration
Civil Aerospace Medical Institute, Bldg. 13
Aerospace Medical Certification Division, AAM-300
6700 S. MacArthur Blvd.
Oklahoma City, OK 73169
