Tennis Elbow?
So I’m a 737 FO and 6 month to a year ago, my right forearm started to hurt when I lifted any sort of weight. (Including my 2 year old son) Also when I made any sort of supination movement. My doctor couldn’t figure out what caused it, the physical therapist couldn’t figure out what caused it, and nor could the massage therapist. My question is this - has any one else had this issue? Possible tennis elbow from flying? You know, right hand on the yolk, (with lots of forearm usage) and left hand on the throttle? Or vice verse for you captain types? I may be reaching here, but I MUST figure out what is causing this pain!

My elbow hyper-extends when I sleep and then hurts like hell, bad enough to wake me up in a couple of hours, unless I tuck part of the blanket or a pillow under my hand to keep my elbow bent a bit. Sleep position a factor maybe?
Also concur, less porn. |
Stop getting older would help too.
Had a 'frozen shoulder' a few years back. Hurt like hell....had no clue what triggered it. |

Also 73B. More a problem in my left. Avoiding the armrest has made a huge difference.
