Neuropsychological testing near Georgia

Hello everyone, I had a stroke in April 2016 and need to do a neuropsychological eval for the FAA. I have spoken to a few doctors that do the evaluation in the Atlanta area and they range from $2400 to $3500. Unfortunately these are not covered by insurance and the FAA has already had me do additional MRIs and other testing. I know it a long shot but has anyone had experience with this testing and know of if anyone that may charge less, I don't mind traveling if it is worth it. Thanks for the help

If it's a CogScreen that you need, check with Morris Psychological Group in NJ and ask for Dr. Dan DaSilva.
