A Flutter Ablation
3 months ago I went to the ER after a hard workout due to chest pain. Quickly diagnosed with A-flutter, no AFIb. Saw the cardiologist and got an ablation 2 weeks later. No issues since and I’ve had several EKGs. All have been normal. I’ve also done the required sleep lab test, no sleep aponea. I still have to do the max stress test and Holter monitor at the 90 day mark. Assuming no hiccups, what timeline am I looking at with FAA? What other unforeseen hurdles should I look out for?

WILL that happen with your case? Who knows? |
DFW AME
All good threads. Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a big risk factor. If you have AFIB or AFlutter get a sleep study right away along with everything your cardiologists says. The FAA will demand it . Many sleep centers are backed up due to Covid. Schedule it now so your case is not held up

Good advice, got mine done a few weeks back. Hopefully just a few more tests and then I can get back in the air.
