Update.
Just under 6 months in.
14 February 290 pounds
9 August 216 pounds
Did have one day down at 212, but I was super fried from a 36 mile mountain bike ride.
The up and down in June/early July was 3 weekends of back to back weddings plus 4th of July.

Great job. How did you do it ?

Started one meal a day, then stretched to 48 hours between meals. Once I adapted to that I basically stuck to three large meals a week.
So for me, to sync up with family stuff I'd eat:
Dinner Tuesday. Usually Mexican.
48 hour fast
Dinner Thursday. Meat and salad. Limited carbs.
48 hour fast
Dinner Saturday. Similar to Thursday. I'd usually have a beer or two after my bike ride.
72 hour fast
Repeat.
I was also riding 100+ miles a week on my mountain bike. 15 and 24 mile loops from my house daily.
On Tuesday, which was the end of my long fast, I'd have a couple peaches, apples, etc before going out on my ride for the quick burn fuel.
Aside from those meals I only had black cold brew coffee, unsweetened tea and water. The very occasional diet coke if I was on the road and no unsweetened tea.
I made sugar free electrolyte drink with sea salt, no-salt (potassium chloride) and lemon juice for my bike rides.
Do not couple the hard fasting and hard cardio without electrolytes.
