18 hours is the shortest duration for me, a "starting point", if you will...
Energy levels aren't really an issue any more, since it's been 5+ years of doing this. Fat is a wonderful energy source.
19-21 is more the norm these days. Due to some city pairings, 24+ happens once in a while.
ACV, green & white tea, black coffee, sugarless gum all keep me going through the day until it's shaker bottle time.
