Portable blender/smoothie maker?
#11
Thanks for this as it has *really* piqued my interest... simply because I've not encountered anyone that's been able to pull this off (consistently).
I've been on a 16:8 IF plan for awhile now (6+ months), and I've noodled with both 18:6 and even OMAD... but *only* while at home.
Just wondering, please, if you find yourself "cheating" on account of (perceived) blood sugar (ie, energy) levels towards the long-end of a 16 hour duty day when doing OMAD?
Many thanks!

Energy levels aren't really an issue any more, since it's been 5+ years of doing this. Fat is a wonderful energy source.
19-21 is more the norm these days. Due to some city pairings, 24+ happens once in a while.
ACV, green & white tea, black coffee, sugarless gum all keep me going through the day until it's shaker bottle time.
