Default P90x?

Anyone try this. I have read a lot of good things about it in sports mags like mens fitness. Just wondering.

my wife bought it and I used it once with her. It is good and I think it is less cheesy by far than others that I have seen in the past.

but...........Save your money, eat right, jog/run, buy some midsize weights in the 25-45# range and google some simple exercises you can do and you will find the secret is not in a video...those are for women like my wife to get tricked into spending money on

It seems like the 90 days help focus your workouts. I like having the program set out for me. I am giving it a try, I'll get back to you.

The program is very demanding. I do enjoy it though, the streching alone is worth it. My back feels so much stronger and flexible. The diet is just a form of adkins, no carbs more or less. But for only hour a day workout its fun.

I've been doing it for a week now. Trying to get conditioned for Air Force OTS and UPT. It's definitely an a$$-kicker, especially if you're not used to exercise...but it gets better with time. In the first week I already feel better and more flexible.
