Good AME in OC
 

Does anyone know of any good AMEs on Orange County, CA? Thanks for the help.

One more thing...This may be a stupid question, but if I got my FAA Class 1 ticket on 20 May 2007, when does it lapse to a Class 2? Was it good until 31 Oct or 30 Nov? Thanks.

I go see Ralph L. Cummings in Lake Forest, he's an awesome doctor and knows a lot about flying, and obviously the medical part.

End of the 6th calender month. So class 1 priveleges end on October 31st.

Hahahaha, nope. The 2 times I've been in, it's a whiz quiz and just checking your vision, blood pressure...basic stuff. Haven't heard of him giving the turn and cough or checking the oil.

Thanks, I'll check him out. Just got out of the military and i've delt with some really great and REALLY bad docs in my days. I'm not looking to roll the dice on my career now that I can pick my flight doc.
