Be carefull with those supplements, dont go too crazy. A lot of them have not been tested and their long term effects are still unknown. You should consult your physician before taking creatine. As far as protein goes, the best protein for building muscle can be found naturally in egg whites.

I agree with the egg whites, Grandpa. It's easier, however, to carry tuna in an over night bag for a rotation along with a plastic bottle with the condiment of your choice.

Aside from taking supplements ull need to increase the amount of food u eat. I don't mean eat everything in sight, as u dont want to become fat. You need to eat foods like redskin potatoes, yams, cornbread, beans, oatmeal, meats etc. Remember its Diet AND Exercise, you need carbs and protein, not just from supplements. Be sure to start off easy with the exercising, have a session with a personal trainer if you are going to start going to a gym. Majority of weight lifting injuries are sustained from improper form. A proper diet, and having good form is the key to results. If you have any questions, PM me.

If you're worrying about fitting inside a CESSNA 172, you probably need to find another hobby.

You can easily find out by going to any FBO in the country because if you show the slightest interest in flight lessons, they'll let you sit in anything they have on the flight line...

6' 2" should work fine in most light aircraft.

I'm 6'4" and 180, never had any problem. I've only flown Pipers though.

Thanks guys, and I actually tried it out when I went to the Seneca's Open House, and got to sit in the cessna 172 and the beechcraft baron. They were perfect for me, although i kinda notice the instrument panel a bit higher on the 172 and my head was very...but very close to the ceiling
