I hope it’s the same with the CAA in the UK. I think I have the same thing, AV block early repolorization. I’m a fit and healthy 44 years old. No issues. It got flagged on an ECG yesterday as way out of limits, now awaiting the outcome from a consultant tomorrow. From the reading ive done it could involve a pacemaker. Was just taking over as a Chief Pilot for a new unit. Was feeling low last night thinking this might be my flying career over. You’ve given me a glimmer of hope that I might still continue to fly.

Don't know about the Brit equivalent to the FAA but assuming there is no underlying unstable cardiac issue after implant, it is very doable in the US. It isn't necessarily real quick and I would advise finding an AME/cardiologist combination who has already done one so you aren't paying for a newbie's learning curve, but it is certainly quite possible.
