Living Under Flight Path And Heart Attacks
My family's ancestral home was right under the flight path of planes landing at SEA. I remember many times when conversation would stop because a gigantic 747 was coming in. Dishes would rattle and picture frames sometimes even fell off the wall. The flight path was such that when we looked up, we could clearly see the belly of the plane and many times could not tell which ariline.
But my sisters and parents and I had a great family life in that old beloved yellow house. My parents are gone now, but neither had a heart attack. The kids all appear to be fine. Well, I'm a little unhinged sometimes, but that's another thread.

I really doubt the noise itself causes heart attacks. But there might be an underlying stress accumulation over time and of course stress is a known risk factor.
Also directly under the flight path (near the runway) is usually low-rent...socio-economic status certainly correlates to your long-term health outlook.
