Richard Pellerin in West Seattle is excellent. I've been seeing him for years. I know he does lots of 121 guys and gals. Maybe you do have some heart trouble West Seattle Pilot. Perhaps you should pay a visit to a cardiologist. A blocked aorta won't permanently ground you but it could put you in the ground permanently. Pellerin is unique and a bit eccentric. The world needs more like him and less of the conforming types.

If you’d like to jeopardize your flying career, than go see Frank F. Marinkovich in Kirkland, WA. I found him off the FAA AME website—not the way to go. This guy is so inept at his job that the FAA recently downgraded my First Class Medical that I received from “Frank” down to a Second Class due to paperwork that he failed to turn into the FAA after he specifically told me that he had. Lucky for me I’m not currently employed by a commercial carrier or I would not be able to go to work tomorrow and earn money to feed my family.
Side note: Frank is not a pilot himself. When I queried him on how he got into the AME business he admitted to me that he met a Doc at a medical conference that told him all he had to do was take a few courses to get certified by the FAA in order to make some cash on the side. I probably should have walked out of his office right then, but the receptionist had me pay upfront—pretty sly.

+1. Seriously, VERY good. Will not ever harass you, even is good on the first visit.
After 17 years of 'astronaut' AME examinations in Asia, I could scarcely believe that an FAA 1st class could be so easy and enjoyable
Friendly and pleasant doctor who is truly concerned with health and longevity without being invasive
GREAT staff, receptionist fit me into a crowded schedule on short notice,
nurse was a ton of fun, and wholly conversant on the latest with the Seahawks and Mariners
If the Kent-Renton-Seatac area is convenient for you, don't even think of going anywhere else
Office location:

Kent, WA 98030

All the best
