Travel Sharps Container

Travel Sharps Container
Due to the wonderful health "insurance" at Delta, I now have to travel with neddles, a vial and sharps container.
Drug I've been on for years, no longer covered in FAA acceptable dose. (But a 4x higher dose is covered, go figure), only covered options are all intramuscular injectable type. 22g needles. Oh joy.
Too damn expensive to buy cash even though Optum was paying 1/8th of what Id have to pay. ($2200/mo)
Anyone have a recommendation that fits in the luggage works "lunchbox"?
Truck keys next to needles for size reference. I only need to carry 2 or 3.
Vial is small. Size of truck key fob.

Sharps containers are just about everywhere if you look. Hotels, airports, stores, etc. Usually in public rest rooms. I'd skip carrying a sharps and just start looking for sharps locations. If you can't find one, ask someone who works there. Worst case, you repack some used needles for disposal when you find a sharps container.
I don't have experience with having to use sharps containers but my wife has an injectable migraine medication and I have to inject her.

Cap the needles, unscrew them from the used syringe and put them in a small screw top vial. If you are the only one who has used them they aren’t a particular hazard to you. The used syringes fit nicely in a ziplock sandwich bag. Dump them in a real sharps container at your leisure.
