Default Class 1 Medical Enquiry (JAA)

Hi folks

I have my class 1 coming up shortly in Gatwick in the UK. I have looked at the Med 160 which is fine but in the family section I could tick quite a few elements but they would hardly be disqualifying if I don't exhibit them surely?

While I have no intention to deceive ( I have already declared an issue ) but the family section being "trivial" as I don't have any of the conditions and it's MY medical I am uncertain whether to declare that my family have heart disease, diabetes and a mental illness.

What would you do? Would be honest and tick everything that you know or say no to everything assuming they won't investigate.

It's almost like if they are told they are obliged to investigate, whereas what they don't know will not compel them to investigate.

Appreciate any thoughts on this folks.

Thanking You
