good day to you as well.
With your schedule it sounds like you will be eating out often. As far as that goes of course try and stay away from the fast food giants like mcdonalds , burger king , etc. If I have to eat on the go I prefer subway. As far as drinks go I stick with water. Soda and coffee I never touch. BTW where are you from? do you have a ''whole foods market'' there? I'm a believer in eating organic and whole foods is a great place to find healthy food. I also recently purchased '' Jack LaLannes Power juicer ''.

Very easy to use, I start my day with a glass of fresh juice every morning and its made all the difference.

Thanks for your reply Grandpa. Thankyou for your advice, its a bit hard for me to escape the fast food giant chains which is a bit of a bummer, however from January next year i will try and formulate a plan where i can make my lunches hopefully the night before, as my father will be dropping me off at Archerfield Airport at 7am for the flying school bus. I'm from Brisbane Australia, and there is a 'whole foods market' around 10 minutes from my house, i'll look into it sometime soon. I shall invest in a juicer!!!!
I really appreciate your reply, thankyou.
