Pilot Friendly FAA AME Hong Kong

Greetings all.I am stuck in Asia and can't get back to the U.S. to see my regular AME for my First Class Medical and EKG.Can anyone recommend a pilot friendly AME in Hong Kong preferably, Guam or Bangkok?
