Waiver-savvy AME in Las Vegas?

Looking for a friend who lives there who will be trying to get his Class I back after some surgeries and procedures. Any recommendations for an AME who knows how to set it up correctly?

me ... i am only 1000 miles away. Seriously, any ame can handle (should) this. Airman and ame submit best they have (decision deferred to FAA) and wait for the particulars in response from OKC.
