Default 121 and Clotting Disorders

Is anyone flying 121 with protein S deficiency or Factor V Leiden? I don't see anything in the AME guide against it unless you've had a blood clot or are actively on blood thinners (in which case the stipulations are very particular). Or are there any AMEs on the forum?

FYI Military looking to transition soon..will most likely need a waiver to continue my .mil flying but am waiting to hear from the doc.

Thanks!

Edit:

I know there is one short thread on this but nothing recent. I am not only wondering about getting started which shouldn't be too hard if I still havent had a blood clot, but how high is the risk? If I get out of the military I would have almost all my eggs in the one basket (besides maybe guard/reserves) and I don't really have any other marketable skills besides flying (some may argue that one too haha). If I were to lose my medical I'd be stuck in a bit of a no mans land.
