Default Wrong box on medical?

So I was hurriedly trying to finish my medexpress application in the doctors office since mine expired before I could go see an examiner and I checked a box on the medical conditions as no that should have been a yes.

My doctor pointed this out but didn't give me the chance to fix it. I am being deferred to the FAA anyways for some service connected disabilities. The box that was no that should have been a yes is related to one of these disabilities. Is there any way to fix this box? Will it cause me to get denied?

I have held a 1st class medical twice before but this is the first time I've had to claim the debilities since I have exited military service.

I think your doctor re-types everything into the computer before actually sending it to the FAA with their sign-off. I could be wrong but thats how it was being done a couple years ago. You should ask your Doc.
