6 month for FO and 12 month for RTP depending on the situation with retirement, CSP, Skillbridge, ADSO orders.
If you already have all your ratings, I’d suggest just applying as an FO and timebuilding prior to applying to get to the R-ATP mins. You can get into ATP-CTP and FO training almost immediately and it lessens any financial responsibilities.

Flow as it stands now is about 8-10 years for a new hire. But we are currently in discussions with management / AA to increase the flow. If it increases to roughly double the 10 /month we are at now your flow time could drop to anywhere from 6-8 years realistically.

We are not hiring DECs at the moment. But you can upgrade as soon as you complete FO IOE. Which isn’t a bad thing. DEC or wait 4-5 months from date of hire to upgrade after gaining a little experience on the line won’t matter much in the grand scheme of things.
