What are the minimum requirements to get accepted into the cadet program? I’m a CFI and soon to be CFII. I’m about to apply to work at a school that is listed as a partner with PSA and supports the cadet program. The only thing I’m a bit worried about is I do have 2 checkride failures. The PSA Cadet page doesn’t mention anything about it, but I’m wondering if that would prevent me from being accepted into the program.
Anyone else looking to interview and any 121 should take this advice. The airlines are hungry for pilots but they don't want excuses and they don't want to hire someone who will wash out. Own your mistakes, we all make them.

Can anyone shed some light to the holiday Policy while in training? I am trying to figure out my timeline as I start in the 21 OCT class. Do we get Thanksgiving and Christmas off? If we do great, if not no big deal. I just want to set up expectation management for my wife on whether I will be there or not.

PSA candidate living at CVG/DAY Metro Area
Hello PSA Recruiting Team
Hey, former Navy Helo pilot, with normal FO candidate qualifying mins!
I have interviews scheduled with the other AA WO, but living near CVG I *really* want my career to be at PSA. I've not gotten the call! Could you see if there was anything that is getting in the way of being offered an interview at PSA? I would welcome the opportunity. I really do not want to commute!
Basic stats here:
Airline Transport Pilot - Rotorcraft Helicopter. Commercial privileges - Airplane Multiengine Land, Airplane Single Engine Land, Instrument Airplane
Flight Instructor - Airplane Multi Engine Land, Airplane Single Engine Land, Rotorcraft Helicopter, Instrument Airplane and Helicopter (expires 08/2021)
Medical Class - FIRST (issued May 2019)
Total Pilot Time: 3,957 Pilot time last 3 years: 357 NO incidents
AIRPLANE Category PIC: AMEL 68, ASEL 471, TOTAL 539
