Pay Scales

Is the year column for Captain the number of years as Captain or number of years with the company?

Thanks,
John

Thanks for the reply. One more question: What would be a normal first year pay as FO and first year as Capt as of now (base pay + any bonus + per diem)? I know what the web site has per hour and 75 hours but what would be the average total pay assuming most fly more than 75?

Thanks again.

There really is no "average" pay here. Some lineholders SAP down to 65 hours and 18 days off while others credit over 100+ hours every month. On reserve the minimum guarantee is 75 hours but some end up working more. It all varies. I think the "average" pilot seems to work 75-85 hours /month.

As far as pay your first year you will receive 24/7 per diem while in training for approximately 4-5 weeks on top of the minimum guarantee of 75 hours /month. Depending on what base you want you may not be on reserve at all or you may have to be on reserve for anywhere from a month or two to about 6 months in CLT.
