New Contract?
Anyone know when PSA is due for a new contract?
(Apologies if I missed a thread where this info already exists). |
PSA ALPA is in discussions with our management for increased compensation in the form of pay rates and other soft pay incentives and an increase to our flow in exchange for giving up our current line bidding system for PBS. My personal opinion is that we will know more within a couple of months and we can hope to expect a new contract by the summer.

we don't start section 6 until 2023 unless the company and union agree to start anew prior to that. We are however negotiating for some changes to our existing CBA as you stated above. |

;) Mmhmm...
if we have in fact opened section 6 that would be a nice surprise, but i do not believe we have. it would have to be announced to alpa national. |
I'd rather us do Section 6 then all these LOAs that may or may not reference other LOAs or contract sections.
It make it quite confusing on which rules I and the company have to follow. |
PSA hands down has one of the worst contracts in the Regional industry.
I'm curious how many forum users are actually from their recruiting department. If someone points out the major issues with the contract/work rules you will notice users coming on here and fiercely defending PSA. |

How about people who’ve worked at airlines with the actual worst contracts in the regional industry pointing out that you don’t know what you’re talking about.
This place is solidly middle of the road. Not the best. But certainly not the worst. PSA contract is pretty awful. Language is weak. It's insanely small. But after seeing a few others it isn't the worst, surprisingly. |
