Interview to class?

In the process of setting up my interview date was just curious on what the avg time frame is from interview to class?

Do you have your ATP?

Negatory, still need to do ATP/CTP

I interviewed on 3/26. Class on 4/9. Already have the atp. Can’t give you any insight on timing for the other stuff you have to do before indoc.

You can expect to start Indoc 2 weeks from the day you start ATP-CTP.

You should be able to start as soon as you can get into an ATP class. New hire classes haven't been full for a few months now. So I'm guessing you can pretty much pick your class date. When I started several months ago ATP ended on a Wednesday and I started indoc that Monday.

What is the definition of a full class? I started a few weeks ago and we had 35. Not sure what their goal is, but it was pretty cramped in the classroom.

I'm assuming you're in the latest class that started, given every class in the past few months has been less than 30. I hadn't seen the numbers for the most recent class, but I just checked and the class shows 33. I'm guessing if you have 35 in it, 2 may be dispatchers as they attend indoc with you. But to answer your question, typically 35 is the max they put in that room. After indoc they have been splitting up the classes for systems. Some go to the 200 while others go to the 700. So this should spread out the room some. Although I've heard most are now going to the 200 to help end the backlog in sims.

Well actually.....

As of the March seniority list, 3 out of the 5 classes thus far in 2018 had 30 or more people. Every class in the last quarter of 2017 was 30 and above. Dispatchers or other non-pilots wouldn't show up on the seniority list or the flow report, which is usually a bit more "real time."

New seniority list comes out tomorrow.
