CRJ Flows and Callouts

Is anyone able to share any of the flows, callouts, and checklists for the 200/700/900. Will be going to training soon and want a head start

You don't need a head start. You need to study exactly what the training department tells you and when they tell you. When you get your new hire packet there will be memory items and limitations. Begin there.

Trust me when I tell you, don't try to get ahead of yourself. Just study what the training department tells you to study. Law of primacy is real

As somebody who is in the training department, I'd like to echo what the others have said. Study what your instructors tell you to, when they tell you to.

Well done on the "ignoring advice" and "Crew Resource Manglement" portion of the test. I'm sure you'll make a fabulous addition to our First Officer ranks.

Hey, he's got it all figured out. Maybe he will teach the instructor a thing or two.

To the OP: Hey bud, yes everyone is busting your chops over being an eager beaver for good reason. These guys have been around the block a few times. They are keen to knowing what works and what doesn't. Now, here's how to be prepared for DAY ONE: Go to the bank and get a roll of quarters for the coffee machine. 25 cents a cup. Enjoy training (and I mean that sincerely). Welcome to Dayton.

You may not know any better, but all of the documents you requested are "need to know only" documents. In other words, you're not supposed to have them until you "need to know them."

Personally, I'd delete them until you're supposed to have them.

Cheers!

Ok let’s slow things down before more wrong assumptions are made. I was pointed to some good internet resources, I don’t think I have anything I’m not supposed to and to my understanding I’ll have the official PSA stuff very soon anyway. Thank you to those of you who actually gave some objective advice. I just want to be fully prepared for training.
