Every year you're in a regional you're losing money/seniority some place way better.

I'm thinking about leaving my regional and coming over to PSA, mainly because I'm averaging 12 days off a month where at PSA you guys are averging 17 days off a month. I have a brand new baby and I value my time at home. 17 days off a month! That's amazing.
