Reserve schedule at orf

Good afternoon, I will be starting with Psa soon looking to get info for reserve first officers schedules . 4 on X days off , 5 on X days off. I’m hoping to get orf out of training.

You should be able to get ORF if you want it. Right now people are getting assigned ORF or DAY out of training. Reserve is usually 5 days on and 2 or 3 days off, repeat. With a 4 day off mixed in somewhere in the month. 11 days off total. If the reserve grid is green you should be able to move around some of your reserve days.
