Interview Expectations

Looking for insights regarding the interview. I'm an RTP guy, so I'm wondering if its simply just a match a face to the name and resume kinda thing, or should I expect some legit technical questions. Any info is greatly appreciated.

More of an HR type interview.

Thanks for the response. Headed to CLT in about a week.

Be able to brief a STAR/SID/APPR. Google some Jepp charts for reference.

Good luck on the interview.

The PSA interview went just as Tiger Pilot said it would - had a few HR Q & A's, then briefed a SID, STAR, and ILS. The scenerio was presented from a Wx form for a flight from CLT to IAD. Had to interpret the METAR and FCST and apply it to the scenerio - alternate required - YES/NO, etc. Definitely want to look at and know your Jepps beforehand. Good and fair overall. Thanks again for the help!
