PSA pilot contract
Hello All,
Was just wondering if anyone here would be willing to forward PSA pilot contract? I have lurked around and read through stuff that were brought up, but would like to read the actual contract. My google-fu failed me , could not find the contract anywhere so far.
Would be willing to talk with you via PM or phone if you want to verify I am not some weirdo before you send that stuff over.

The trick is that we have so many Letters of Agreement at this point (some we know about many that we don't) that just reading the contract doesn't do you much good.
Long story short we have a very weak contract that favors the company in most issues.

Dang! you know some regionals just attach the letters of agreement to the contract in one file and you can just click on a link and view the whole thing.

I know that you know, was more a rhetorical question. Could not seem to access LOUs and MOUs on my ipad, but was able to find the link on my desktop. At any rate, I am happy to see nothing scary in there. (There are , ofc, stuff that are not ideal, but not ideal is a far cry from downright scary)

No commuter clause in the contract??
Somebody said (somewhere here on APF) that commuter policy is in the employee handbook. Can someone tell me what that is?
(I assume two flights to show up at 2 hours before the reporting time?)
And how many time can you invoke the commuter clause (Is it unlimited--no disciplinary action can be taken against you as long as you list for the two flights, or limited to 3 missed commute then you get some sort of penalty?)
