Yes, the thing in the works is a plethora of retirements. Loads of mainline pilots will hit their mandatory retirement dates over the next 4 years...

We have a math wizard that comes up with the chart. Haven’t seen it yet for this month, yet.

They're anticipating the next scheduling software shutdown this summer. If half the pilots are on reserve, then they don't have to know where the lineholders are in order to staff their flights.

I was on reserve then and will still be on reserve this summer too!

Default PHL base

Can I get PHL out of training? I was offered a class date in July. Also how may hours a month should I expect to fly during reserve? Is it like 9E or RAH that are barely getting flight hours ?
