Agreed. I think the company knew they’d have to raise pay eventually so they tried to minimize the damage ahead of time. While I’m extremely thankful we finally got a raise... with the loss of SDO premium pay I’m pretty close to breaking even compared to the old system and old pay rates. If we could have kept SDO id be in the same ballpark as the Endeavor guys.

I wouldn't say free of charge if you consider the last three or so deals made were arguably not necessarily great deals.
I do hope the flow increases though for no other reason than Piedmont flows almost as many people a month as we do IIRC and we are what ? three times bigger than they are ?!?!?!?! (too lazy to look up the actual numbers....)

PSA is at 10 /month for almost 1900 pilots. 750 x 3 = 2,250. So he’s really not that far off. Using Piedmont’s flow program PSA would be at about 15 /month right now. We’re not even close to comparable in terms of career progression at Piedmont and Envoy.
