Some also said forced upgrades were over months ago, but here we are, still forcing almost 10 the last few bids. Such a fluid and unpredictable situation.

Yep I was one of them. Still 19 months of unprecedented weirdness doesn’t mean unprecedented weirdness goes on forever.

When the new pay rates came out, Year 2-3 was $86.19. The blended rate gets updated every quarter but I haven’t gotten the email about it yet. Although, my paycheck does reflect the new quarterly update. Basically, it amounts to about another 27 cents give or take a few pennies depending on years of service.
