New Hire Uniform
 

Good Afternoon all.

Has anyone gone through training recently where they email you the pilot uniform sheet to bring to training? Just curious if they have you try on the uniforms for fit in Dayton or if they strictly go off the sizes you bring.

Also curious as to how the current uniforms fit. Have people noticed they run large, small etc. ?

You’ll get a chance to try on different uniform sizes in DAY before making your order. They just send that sheet out so you can get measurements as a starting point.

Order the pants at least two sizes larger than usual, the new uniform vendor makes them really small.

Also order two long sleeve, and two short sleeve shirts from a cut above uniforms. They're much better quality (ie not see through), and they hold up really well. You'll be glad you did.

Cut above aa gray pants match the uniform and are way better than the uniform vendor pants.

Awesome! I appreciate the tips! I have heard from a lot of people a cut above are better quality. I'm assuming for the pants the charcoal gray are the AA ones? Thank you again!

Unfortunately they no longer have an 'AA Grey' color option on the pants.

Definitely grab the Cut Above shirts, the experience is like Angels softly kissing your neck... M&H feels like cardstock paper cuts...

Well dang, hopefully they bring them back.

I’ve read in the AA threads that they’re working on a closer color match to M&H and they expect it to be ready by the summer. So hopefully any day now. I’ve been waiting myself.
