Seems like AA must have some greater plan for all these people, cause it’s hard to rationalize “flying 150 CRJs” as the logical use for 2000 pilots

Would love to see how many hours Mr/Mrs. 2001 is getting each month. I guess growing your seniority list is a good thing...still have airplanes coming on board?
Where is this 2001 number coming from? |
The bid file

I heard 15, and that 20 was never discussed.

Heard 4 from a leasing company, 16 from another regional, and looking out to 2020/2021 options for the remaining 15 CRJ900As. Nothing has been officially announced yet but it is all being discussed. Keep in mind PSA is still slated to park the remaining CRJ200s. The only reason we are still flying the remaining 200s is due to aircraft limitations in DCA. So there is growth on the horizon, but when you factor in parking all the 200s it will be modest growth. |
