If you want Charlotte, I'd suggest just move to Charlotte at whatever time you find convenient. Except for Dayton (temporary anomaly due to CVG closing) people have been getting whatever base they want very early.

It may all change when coronavirus kills half of Charlotte, but that's the situation today.

Aviationinterviews for the interview experience but very IFR heavy.

141 CFII Check instructor 1100 hours.
