In all seriousness, I feel sorry for the noobs they have on the phones. They're usually not given the full picture and have zero understanding of what's actually in the contract / LOAs, etc.

My personal favorite game is to see how many times I can get them to put me on hold. Usually a quick "where does it say that in the contract?" does the trick.

Has anyone had any luck getting answers or reply's from the recruiting email listed on PSA's website? They put my app on hold and wanted me to contact them when I got closer to APT mins, which I've done. Sent a note back a couple of days ago with no reply. I'm not in any rush since my availability date isn't until later this year.
The only way I can find to update my times is by adding a new resume on the dashboard and through Airline Apps. No way to update the actual application on PSA's website that I could find.
Thanks!
