What does the Interview involve? Confused
Hi guys I have an interview coming up in 6 days time. I have subscribed to the avationinterviews.com gouge and question bank. However, I see there are a few different subcategories in the question bank like HR, Technical and Written Test Questions.
Could someone please throw some light on what the virtual interview entails? I have already done a phone screening with the recruiter which was a teems interview for 10-15 mins and she asked me HR-related questions like Qualities of a good captain, tell me about a time you have an emergency etc. I was advised the Teems meeting will be with one of the pilots and was sent a study guide.
My question is in the Teems interview will I have to answer HR style questions again despite having done the Phone screening? Also what about the Written Test?
Lastly, I was sent the study guide. Will the IFR related questions be from the plates provided only?
If there is someone who has done the interview very recently it would be great to get your insight.
