These are the charts for the interview. Help

Hi guys,

I have the interview soon and have been given the following charts.

1. Philadelphia 10-9
2.KCTL ILS or LOC Rwy 36 C
3. PARQR 2 RNAV ARRIVAL
4.KCLT 10-9A

Can someone how did the interview recently help me with these charts? Is there something that stands out (or hidden) that I should be aware of? What kind of questions are asked around these charts? Much appreciate yor help.

Sorry, what do you mean? Have they changed the charts or given me the wrong ones?

Just learn how to brief and identify important markings on all jepp charts?? If you can’t brief and identify things on simple approach charts you’re not ready for 121. They aren’t going to teach you that here.

I was asking what he meant by saying they are using DCA now?

There are no gotchas. Just over the charts and brief them like you normally would for a IFR flight and they will ask you questions from it. So if you are unfamiliar with Jepps, search for jeopardy chart guide and online that had a legend on it.

It was a joke. Since you posted publicly asking for help, he was joking by saying that since you posted it, they’re switching to DCA charts since you didn’t ask about those.

Pro tip the dme on 36c comes from the clt vor not the loc. Used to be harped on that in the sim allllll the time.

This right here. If you can't handle those charts on your own, then you're going to have a really hard time getting through training.

PSA must have gotten really tough in the last few years then. When I went through training, 10 of 30 couldn't pass the basic indoc open book, use all available resources (e.g. "Hey, what did you get for number 9?"), and they kept giving it to them until they passed.
