Heard that there was just a big shake up in the training department. Any details?

Have not heard anything new. What have you heard exactly?

I heard most of the old school training department is back on the line. Most all of the APDs and sim instructors.

seeing as to how you need APDs and PEs for CQ, which is an ongoing never ending thing, probably not.

yea, i heard that as well. Everyone is tight lipped about it. Something must have happened and some got too comfortable. They are back on the line is my understanding. Sucks for them because had they flowed when they could have they would have all been captains more than likely at AA by now. Gave up alot of seniority. Most were probably lifers.

It's called a hiring pause..... reduced new hire classes, fewer instructors needed. Nothing out of the ordinary.
