Xxxxx,

I know you guys are in the final stages of voting but wanted to make sure you were aware that USAPA President Gary Hummel had talk to MEC Chairman Jesse Cooling for approximately 30 minutes to try to assist you guys and inform PSA that the TA is against our contract.

Hummel said that Jesse did not seem interested in help or the fact that the TA was going to affect all of us and PSA has not replied when Negotiating Committee has wanted to talk to address the issue.

This week I believe USAPA again informed the company that it was against the MOU and lawyers have sent a letter to Jesse and Moak.

If you or anyone has any questions, feel free to call me,

It sounds like the contract specifically says USAirways interview... I didn't see anything about American Airlines interview.

The TA specifically mentions the AA merger. The rights will continue there.

I second that.

Congrats on being the bottom of the bottom feeders guys! Your airline is a joke and you have lost any respect among airline pilots. To those that voted no thanks for effort.

The merger will happen. And we are the new pinnacle and Mesa now. But the majority has spoken. I wonder how the 14% that didn't vote would've voted. Only passed by 61%.

As PSA and the world runs out of pilots, a contract allowing PSA to pay newhires less than the competition is unlikely to lower newhire pay. That was only part of the agreement, but it is a major part. PSA pilots will get the flying they wanted, and we will see how much the company manages to benefit from these concessions while trying to keep their pilots from being poached.

PSA would be competing with Great Lakes for pilots, good luck with that.

I honestly believe that PSA's concession should not affect the industry that much. PSA has only 550 pilots! As long as the big 4 (ExpressJet, Eagle, Skywest, and Republic) hold the line and won't agree to any concessions , we should be in a good shape.
How will the small airlines staff their flying if you get better QOL and pay at the bigger airlines for flying smaller planes?
