Impact of 700s to PSA?

I am wondering what the impact will be of the planes moving to PSA in terms of hiring, upgrades, domiciles, etc... Objective thoughts?

Yes, I know the result is a ton of PSA bashing, and there are several posts for that. Just trying to get a feel for how that will impact the company going forward...
