Worked just it always has since they ran it fully automated. Its in limp mode, but still works. 15 days off and 75 credit. Could have gotten more. Anyone who can't get it to work needs to stop being a noob and read the Union's SAP guide PDF.

In the sense of acquiring new hires, staffing is just fine. We are postponing FO new hire classes since we are heavy on that side. We are short on CA's, a lot of junior man calls going out. Most of us CAs are dropping to 15+ days off and all that open time is putting a lot of pressure on the reserves and crew scheduling. Not my problem. CA vacancies are being filled by upgrading FO's and DECs. The applications for DEC positions are stacking up.
