How will someone hired today flow in 5 years? You can't hire 60-70/mo and then only flow 15/mo to AA and tell everyone new that they will flow in 5 years. It's a reverse bell curve. Some lucky guys (who have already been on property for a few years) will flow in 5-6 years but the flow date will get farther and farther away with each new hire class.

Can you please share with us how you are coming up with that math? Yes we're getting strong new hire numbers. Yes upgrade time is plummeting. But that doesn't change the fact that per the contract Envoy slows the flow over time to a lower and lower number. Nothing has changed in the contract language to drop the projected 6 year figure, that we may eventually see down the line, to 5 years. Is 5 years based on the flow increasing to 40/month? Which all of you salesmen were saying was going to happen starting this past January?
