colgan interview

I have an interview with Colgan and was wondering what to expect? I am also wondering if they offer any domiciles in and around Boston and also, if offered the job, when would they expect an answer?

hit up aviationinterviews.com for the gouge. THey will expect an answer pretty quick. You may have a little more leaway since they are running two classes a month. Do your homework on the company. IF you don't know where the domiciles are, how are you going to answer other questions about the company? Hit up apc for the domiciles and do a little research on ANY company you plan to interwiew with.. period

Written test/50 ATP questions. Three on one interview w/ Chuck Colgan, Kathy Angelo, and probably either a Captain or someone from the training department. Laid back, HR questions, a little technical stuff, probably a few questions about your current aircraft/job. Have a good attitude. Chuck Colgan's a straight shooter. He'll tell you some of the crappy parts about the job and bring you pizza (come to think of it, everytime I have seen Chuck Colgan, he has been carrying at least 4 boxes of pizza) Beech simulator if they interview you at la guardia. Takeoff, level off, vectors, hold entry, ILS approach, I think that's it. Know why you want to work for the company and be honest. Wear a good suit. They want to hire you. Have a good time. If you get the fingerprints and urine test, you're pretty much hired.

Chuckie Colgan has a lot of hair in his ears, its very disturbing............... hahaah He was ok kinda quite and not very personable. Cathy Angelo was nice, she is going to try an intimidate you before you go in the sim, something along the lines of "You are going to need to nail the sim blah blah blah" Good luck if you get it great if you dont your better off

How hard would it be to commute to a base if you are located in another location?

The SYR base has just started service into BOS. Not sure if this is permanent or not.
