Absolutely agree. I think that labor contracts are a relatively small part of the "cost" of using one regional over another--I'd guess a lot more money can be saved with an efficient operation. But hey, the execs have figured out that it's a lot easier to screw their labor than it is to put some serious effort into streamlining operations. Cutting pay is the path of least resistance, which is sad.
