public charters, aka north country sky

Don't know anything about them, might try to commute on them to MDW from LUK. Anyone here who can tell me what their jumpseat policy and procedures are?
Thanks

Well...if they don't have a reciprocal jumpseat agreement with your company...

I did nothing but public charters for almost 2 years. They are essentially a 135 unscheduled operation that leaves at the same time everyday that can sell tickets to the public. Our JS policy was the person requesting a ride had to pay the taxes on the cheapest ticket ($25) because it had something to do with the money from a ticket going into an escrow account that the DOT got a cut of. The flight operates under part 380 which is a DOT provision. I know the companies tend to be charter operators so they don't have a lot of experience with jump seaters.

North Country sky is operated by Corporate Flight Management out of Smyrna,TN. Jumpseating will probably be handled by North Country Sky with coordination from CFM. If you have questions just PM me
